Tylan Stout, 26, grew violent during an argument with a woman in the 12800 block of Brookfield Road early Sept. 10, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Stout threw the victim to the ground by her hair and proceeded to strangle her, authorities reported. He then sexually assaulted her, before she was able to briefly get away from him, police said.

After this, Stout violently threw and dragged the victim across the room, causing her to lose consciousness for a period of time, officials said. Police said the victim woke to Stout sexually assaulting her again.

Once the two finally separated, the victim reported minor injuries and once the police were contact, Stout was arrested, law enforcement said.

He was charged with two counts of object sexual penetration, one count of preventing the summoning of law enforcement, one count of abduction, and other related offenses, police reported.

Officials said he was held without bond and had a pending court date.
